This session is designed to improve individual attacking futsal skills for the U6 and U8 age groups.

Objective: improve ball mastery.
Organization: each player with a ball in a grid.
Instructions: players dribble and execute coach instructions.
Variations: (1) dribbling "SOFT TOUCHES", (2) stop it with the sole on the whistle, (3) boxing, (4) toe touches, (5) push the ball forward with the sole, (6) pull the ball back "rip it" with the sole, (7) sideways roll using each foot, (8) pull push, (9) V move, (10) Cruyff, (11) outside inside right foot only, (12) outside inside left foot only, etc...
Coaching Points: (1) soft touches, (2) control the ball, and (3) stop the ball with sole.

Objective: to improve ball mastery and game intelligence through futsal FUNiño
Organization: coach has a group of balls and players lined up on each side. There are four goals.
Instructions: players play 1v1 and 2v2 to four goals. They defend two and score on two. Scoring must happen inside scoring zone which is 5 yards long.
Coaching Points: (1) use different moves with the sole to change directions and score in goal that isn't crowded. (2) find the open goal/space. (3) teammate

Objective: improve our 1v1 attacking and ball control.
Organization: 3v3 field with two small sided goals. 5 yard scoring zone on each end.
Instructions: play 3v3. 5 minute games. 2 minutes rest. Players must be IN their attacking scoring zone in order to score. If the ball goes out of bound players must put it on the line like in futsal then they can dribble or pass it in. Emphasize 4 seconds.
Coaching Points: (1) be aggressive going 1v1, (2) look for teammates in the scoring zone, (3) make a triangle, (4) keep the ball under control so you can score in the zone.

Objective: to activate the players mentally and physically.
Organization: Goals set-up on court. Training vest and balls ready.
Instructions: as players arrive at training they are placed on teams.
Coaching Points: this is a time for the players to just play. Coaches should keep things organized, help players get on teams, make small adjustments, but for the most part let the players play.
