Day 2 am (same exercise at both ends)
Left channel -2 v 1 outside of the circle then moving into a 3 v 1 on to goal (D1 defends outside the circle )
Middle channel- 1 v 1 outside of the circle then moving into a 2 v 2 on to goal with all 4 players involved.
Right channel - 1 v 2 outside of the circle then moving into a 3 v 1 on to goal (D1 defends outside the circle )
Can adjust the numbers attacking and defending
Main focus is to retain possession while flowing forward at speed to score, simple pass and elimination skills using support players in space, only use if needed. Positive results within the 8yard zone.

Day 2 am
Compressed deep defence transitioning into counter attack with increased space and utilising overloads to attack the main goal.Man to man marking with spare defenders putting pressure on ball the carrier.
