Organization
3 v 2 in each grid and transitioning to other grid through the flank players but building back through middle in a 50 x 40 grid with neutral playes on end line for points. If defenders win the ball they can score a point by connecting with each other three times.

Points are scores after three passes made and connection to netural player in opposite end zone.

Technical Warm Up (10 mins)
Focus is on #4, #5, #6, #8, #9, #10.
#6, #8 and #10 are in the circle and they have to connect 3 passes together before they can use the players on the outside of the grid as wall passes. Penetrating passes when possible to #4, #5, and #9 will provide bonus points. If defenders win the ball they keep it until #6, #8, or #10 win it back.
Coaching Points:
Mobility of the midfield players (#6, #8, #10)
Penetrating passes when possible to #4, #5, and #9
Combination play (#6, #8, #10)
Support angles around the ball in the middle channels to create combination play
