Goalscoring 1
2v2/3v2/4v2 etc (7 players + GK)
Game starts with 2v2
Players may score from anywhere in the pitch
Every time the ball goes over the baseline or a goal is scored, team on that backline puts another players on the pitch with the ball
FOCUS:
GKs must organise defense and be vocal
Players must try to take get the ball moving quickly when entering the game take advantage of numbers up
Intensity is important
Adjust rules to vary thought process:
1. more points for goals scored by connecting with another player (deflections etc)
2. only passing into open space and not stick to stick

Goalscoring
Goalscoring with 2v1 elements (5 players inc/n inc GK)
1 to 2 - 2 to 3 - 3 to 4 (transfer focus skills of open-receives and pace of pass)
While the numbers are transfering the ball, 1 receives a pass from D and snap-shoots at goals with 1 rebound option
After D has passed the ball to 1, she steps in to defend and play ball out from GK save. Once 4 has the ball, she needs to look up, assess and decide on course of action - either carry ball into D and form 2v1 on D with 1 or smash a ball to 1 for deflection
1 moves to 2 moves to 3 moves to 4 moves to 1 (Ds rotate)
If the ball rebounds to any of 1,2,3, then they join the attack against D and GK
If D/GK wins the ball, they need to transfer the ball to small goals to score

P1 passes to P2 and follows pass to create 2v1 on X1 and Goal 1
Attacking Principles:
Space & passing options should result in outcomes in circle
Give points for PC and for goals
Defensive Principles:
Defender denies space (flat-triangle defense/block direct route)
GK MUST get involved with defender to even the numbers
GK Focus: Feed information to defender, make decisions, assist with the counter
If Defender wins ball, they must counter fast and can shoot from anywhere outside the D at small goals
