A player from each team on the ends of the grid - widthways.
5 vs 5 (or similar) in the grid with one 'common' player who plays for both teams.
Pass into your end player who passes back into the grid to your team and then try to keep possession and pass the ball through the grid to the other end player.
A goal is scored when the ball has successfully gone from one end player to the other.
Swap end players regularly.
