1) 6v6 including Gks

2) Field: 55x33

3) Four 4-minute games with 2 mins rest between games

4) 25 minutes



1) Uninterupted Play: Coach within the run of play only.

2) No stoppages.

3) Keep balls available for restarts.

4) Attack in a 2-1-2

5) Defend in a 2-2-1

6) Assign one team to create a defensive block starting at the half line, and look to win it and counter. The other looks to break down the block to score and prevent counter.

7) Switch roles each game.


NOTE: Inactive players should be doing fitness specific to game demands on the side. Make sure to switch players in and out between each game and not during.
