Screen 1

Large scale game, 2 teams attempt to get the ball into 5 square shown by the cones. The middle 2 sections of the pitch is the area for the game.

Count restarts if possession is lost, forfeit for the losing team.

Players that lose possession of the ball in a certain way must run to the nearest goal, pick up a ball and shoot. The time it take to do this gives the opposition an overload

A team that successfully scores in 4 of the 5 zones gets to attack the goal. Opposition team must win the ball and go through a zone to end the attack.

In this variation while the drill is ongoing it is possible to work on something separate with the keepers as long as players remain vigilent. Options include, specific GK practice, PC practice(push, stop and hit)
