Organization: 20*10 grid (two set ups); supply of balls with a server (S) on the outside. Split group in half - attackers (blue) and defenders (red). Offside line at half.
Activity: 2v2 attacking. Attackers look to dribble the ball past their opponents' endline. Defenders can win the ball and do the same.
Progression: 3v2, 3v3
Coaching Points:
1. Initial width in attack.
2. Proper supporting angles.
3. Movement to create space. Triggers subsequent movement.
4. Clean, positive first touch - dictates everything.

Organization: Set up 30*30 grids. Four mini goals - two on each end line. Field split in half vertically. Supply of balls on the outside.
Activity: 4v4. Each team defends two goals and attacks two goals. Only condition: players need to check their shoulders prior to receiving the ball. Change of possession otherwise. When in possession, two players in either half for the attacking team. Defending team can go anywhere.
Progression:
Allow one extra player from the attacking team to cross over half.
Play a target player prior to going for goal.
Coaching Points:
Proper angles and distance of support.
Open up - pass to back foot.
As ball moves - wide players provide width (disperal front and back).
Patience on the ball.
Recognize when to penetrate - through, around or over. If not, then look to switch the play.

Organization: 50*40 field (Quarter field at PG). Supply of balls along the outside and in the goals.
Activity: 2 teams - Play 7v7 (including GK). LOTG apply, including retreat line. Each team plays 1-2-3-1. Perhaps some coaching over, but otherwise allow for free play. Award an extra point for every successful attempt (even if just wide) or shot on goal (even if saved).
Coaching Points: Reinforce key factors and objectives from the session.
