Break Pressure (10 mins)
Organization:
- Divide space into 2 small fields.
- 2v1
Instructions:
- Red Player starts with ball on own goal line. Must Pass the ball in.
2nd red player starts on opposition's goal line. - Defending player starts on own goal line
- Once ball is played in, it becomes a 2v1. Attacking players must find ways to break pressure.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Check-Away to Check-In.
Role of 2nd attacker - When to dribble vs. when to pass.
Regressions/Progressions:
- P: Allow 2nd defender to join when ball is played in.
- R: Defender cannot steal, only intercept.
- P: Offsides Applies
- P: Turn field to play on full-sized goal

3v2 Attacking (10 mins)
Organization:
- 3v2 alternating use field as shown
Instructions:
- Attacking team always has 3, defending team always has 2.
- When whistle is blown, attacking player joins the field.
- The joining attacking player must join from defending team's goal line.
- Offsides applies.
