- attackers look to break the line, triggering a 3v2 counter to goal (two defenders cannot defend 3 attackers until one of the 3 attackers touch ball).
- 4 defenders can recover making it 6v3 in defense looking to win the ball and find wide counters.
- Defenders score 1 point for finding counter goal

Breaking Lines: Warm-Up (20 mins)
Area: 20x20 (20x10 halves)
- Red (right half) and yellow (left half) look to split 2 moving defenders in their respective half or defenders restricted to half line (blue team = defending).
- Attacking teams can play each other (ball must be played on the ground). When defenders waiting/blocking on middle line are beat (around or split), they now defend opposite side and defenders that were defending replace them on middle line.
- Attackers = 1 point for splits
- Defenders = 1 point for winning the ball and successfully finding target/server
- Restarts are always to opposite side
- Play 2 minutes and switch roles. Once all 3 groups have defended, highest score wins (losers owe something - knee's to chest, etc)
