Organization:
2 lines of players approximatvely 20 yard apart.
2 players are in the middle in between the 2 lines of players.
Instructions:
Players A pass to player B.
Player A run thru the middle and receive the ball back from B after shouting AGAIN.
Player B the pass to C who continue the rotation with player D.
Coaching Points:
Weight and accuraccy of the pass.
Verbal and visual communication.
Player A must check out to create space for B to run thru.
Rotate players every 5 rotation.
Progressions:
Add the goal and finish 1 touch.

Organization:
lines of players approximatvely 20 yard apart.
2 players are in the middle in between the 2 lines of players.
Instructions:
Players A pass to player B and ask to HOLD the Ball.
Players A is overlaping player B.
Player B dribble thru the middle to create space for A to run. Player B then pass the ball using the outside of is foot to Player A after he shout NOW( ready to receive the ball.).
Continue rotation with C and D.
Coaching Points:
Recognize defender holding the middle of the field to stop penetration.
Announce your intention to passing player.
Create space for overlaping player by dribbling into field at defender(flag)
Disguise pass using outside of the foot.
Deliver pass into space for overlaping player to run to.
Progressions:
Replace flag by passive defender.
Increase pressure.

Organization:
Players in teams of 2
Instructions:
1. 1 Defender serves 2 attackers (1 player sitting out this round)
2. Attackers play 2v1 to goal
3. Start with passive defender. Do simple commit / pass, 1-2, overlap
4. Opposite team serves, new player comes in
P- Defender becomes live
5. Defender wins ball, go to goal

Organization:
2 Teams, 2 goalies
Instructions:
1. Ball starts with goalie (Red)
2. Rolls ball out to two attacking reds, blue defender (1)
3. Reds play until they shoot / lose ball
4. Immediately blue goalie plays two new blues (2,3) coming out, player on red that shot / lost ball must defend
5. Repeat
6. Keep score, consequence

4. Transition to defend

SSGs to end session (3v3 / 4v4).
