Defending Vs Overload
Progression is instead of the ball being played into end zone one player from attacking team becomes target player and ball gets played into the player who then brings others in and the other 2 players join in.
Again if Team A win back the ball they look to score in mini goals.

Defending Vs Overload
3v2 attacking practice. The pitch is 30m wide and 40m long.
A server (C) stands in an end zone that is.
The defending team (Team A) starts in the middle; the attacking team (Team B) starts in the end zone.
The C plays the ball into Team B, Receive back foot and move the ball forward to attack
Once the attacking team has had their first touch, the Team A players are allowed to press the ball. Team B starts attacking with a 3v2 overload and tries to use their one-player advantage to score in the goal.
If Team A win the ball, their aim is to pass into either of the target goals or into C.
