Instructions:
- Teams take it in turns to try and score (dribbling through end zone) as soon as ball goes out or player scores, next pair goes.
- 10 second countdown per match.
Coaching Points:
- Using correct feet to execute move
- Angle of movement feint towards 2 o'clock to 10 o'clock (vice versa for opposite foot)
- Exaggeration of of shoulders and head to help sell the move more
- Head up to observe next course of action
Progressions:
- Add goals.

Instructions:
- Teams come out playing 3v3, but they are restricted to their own zone making each zone a 1v1.
- Teams look to beat their defender and score through the gate on the opposite end.
- At any moment, teams can play the ball to a teammate in a different zone in an attempt for them to score in their zoned gate.
- Play for "x" amount of second or until the ball goes out of play.
