Groups of 4s
1. 2 players in middle show at an angle for the ball off end players, must take the ball with back foot, touch (positive) should take player into centre square, play the ball to opposite end player. Repeat the drill always using the same ball.
2. Same set up players receive ball on front foot and take touch with outside of foot then inside (quick touches) into the centre square before passing out.
3. Using 1 ball centre players combine together before passing to opposite end.
Progress to players making their own decisions to combine (Jacks, 1 touch round the corner)

Quick attacking play and combination
1. To score, players must dribble the ball into the end zone. Once they stop the ball (reds) the other team (blues) attack quickly toward opposite end, encouraging the reds to drop into shape then press as a team.
2. 1 player from each team stands inside end zone, waiting to receieve a pass from their team to score.
3. Players keep possession, to score players play through balls into the end zone for team mate torun onto and control the ball inside the zone

Learning Objectives
Players move the ball quickly around the circle.
1. Pass ball around the circle receiving ball on half turn. 2 touch both feet (both directions)
2. Players pass the ball forward 2 set back 1 continously around the circle. (both directions) Play 2 touch then progress to 1.
Introduce 3-4 balls so boys are quickly ready to receive the next ball once they have passed another.
