Objectives
1. Players to continue developing their Penetrating runs for through balls.
2. Improve confidence to shoot first time.
3. Develop decision making about when shoot first time and when to take a touch.

Set Up
Area is 25x15 yards. Split area into 3 (10:5:10)
Rules and Conditions
2 teams. One team keep possession in an end area. Defending team is in the middle area with on eplayer pressing the ball in each end area. After three passes, players from the possession team have to make penetrative runs through the middle area for a team mate to then player through to them. Repeat when possession is then gained on the other side.
