Rondo switch
Two Rondo's playing next to each other (Four outside, one trying to get the ball back)
If the middle player wins the ball then the player that lost the ball needs to run to the other Rondo and try and get the ball back.
If a pass is mis-placed then the player is in the middle
If no player is pressing then continue to pass
There could be two players in one Rondo so all players need to be aware.
Coaching Points

If reds gain possession then they attack yellow goal (If the ball goes out of play)
Red zone is the safe zone so no tackling in there, Three second limit in there
each play is no longer than 20 seconds

Leading to an unrestricted game
Coaching points
Urgency on getting the ball back if it is lost.
Be creative, it's ok if you lose the ball, get it back

Description
Players each have a ball and stand back to back with a bib tucked down the back of their shorts (tail). When the coach calls a colour the players need to get the ball there without losing their tail. Defenders (Chasers) leave their ball where it is.
Coaching Points
Not big kicks as dribbling. Make sure you are always ready.
If going ok don't shout a colour and just hold up a coloured cone.
