Three teams of four players, each set up in their own zone.

1 ball

50x20 grid, two zones of 20x20, middle zone is 10x20

Instructions:

Same as previous activity: excpet now.....

when team in middle wins the ball they must transistion to take the place of the team that lost the ball. before getting out of the middle, they have to connect a pass to the team on the outside that didnt make the mistake. The team that lost the ball must then go to the middle.

Progressions/Regressions:

-Increase/decrease size of areas

P1 - 1 or 2 defenders can pressure ball in attackers zone

Organization

Field set up as shown

Players divded into 3 teams

Directions

-Team A (Maroon Team) is defending the large goal (The Kings), they are playing againnst the white team (Team B the pawns)

-If team A conceeds a goal, Team B the White team will then take their place, they then become the Kings and defend the large goal, they would then play against the green team who comes on from off the field.
