Targets skill activity. Have groups work ball across space. Have to combine with all team mates in central area to play through to opposite target. Player who plays through to target also receives from target to start combining through central area again(forcing them to open up on opposite foot). Switch roles after a short period of time.
Progressions : race and then go into fully opposed game
Instruction points :
- reinforce passing/receiving points
- open up to scan environment (open up field of vision)
- look away from the ball regularly (shoulder check)
- receive on back foot, taking touch in direction you want to play if possible

4 corner SSG. Support. Points scored by playing cleanly from 1 target to the other.
Instruction points :
- reinforce passing/receiving points
- opening up to see the space
- back foot receiving
- supporting angles/distance/timing
- when ball goes to target, support players need to open up to create channels to play through
- good support play often isn't about you receiving the ball, it's about opening up space to penetrate

- last 2-3 steps to middle cone shoulders/hips should be open to both targets
