15x15 grid
Blue team works to play together with a green defender inside
If blue beats the defender he will need to pass to the other blue player and play continues back and forth
If green wins the ball or blue misses their pass green will then work to play between each other with a blue defender that was the attacker
Fast pace
Keep play moving quickly
Defending Coaching Points:
Transitions must occur quickly
Close quickly but controlled
Proper side on stance to make attacker predictable and prevent being megged
Attack when appropriate with proper foot
Attack with front foot allowing opportunity to step between ball and player to win possession
Attack back foot in strong position to win ball and immediate counter if attacker leaves ball unprotected
Attacker turns back to defender, do not foul and do not let him turn
