Organisation (brief description of session):

1. Each team has a target.

A. Third man running.

B. Overlap.

C. 1-2

All to be plated and then into opposing half.

Learning Objectives:

Technical:

Quality/weight oassing

Control/vision

Shooting. Running Ball

Reciving and Turning.

Tactical:

Understanding of suppert 1/3rd = angle & distance. Understanding when to apply third man running overlap 1-2 etc.

Physical:

Anaerobic, aerobic, running, agility, balance / co.ordination

Psych/ Social:

can you retain self control in an emotionally charged atmosphere and have a competitive edge.
