Set Up:

1) Players get into groups of three with a ball

2) Players stand approx. 6-10 yards apart

3)

Rules:

1) The ball starts at one end and is played into the player who's in the middle

2) The middle player receives the ball, turns and passes to the other player

3) Player in the middle then fills-in the opposite side from where the pass the ball

4) Play for 1-2 minutes and then change player in the middle
