Organization: Once the ball has been played into the target player in the corner, the target player can only return the pass to another player on the same team and not back to the player who the original pass came from. One point is scored for every pass completed. Play for three minutes then rotate another team into target team's position.
Coaching Points:
1. Quality first touch "out of your feet"
2. 3rd Man Running should anticipate supporting position
3. Recognize "man up" or "man down" situations

Organization: Divide the team into two groups. Place one player from each team diagonally across from one another so that Team A has one player in two corners and Team B has one player in two corners. These are the target players. Players from each team try and pass to their respective teammate in either one of their two corners. Once the pass is made the target player must take one touch back into the field of play while the teammate who made the pass must replace them as the target player. One point is scored for every successful attempt.
Coaching Points:
1. Quality first touch "out of your feet."
2. Quick to recognize opportunity for transition
3. Minimize touches to increase speed of play

Organization: In a 35 x 35 meter grid, players are divided into three teams. Team A will be the supporting team with one player in each corner standing between two cones placed 4 meters apart. Team B and Team C will be the two active teams in the middle. Team B and Team C will score a point respectively when they can complete a pass to the target player (Team A) and the pass is returned directly to the player in the grid who made the original pass. Play for three minutes then rotate another team into Team A's position.
Coaching Points:
1. Quality first touch "out of your feet"
2. Pass and move quickly into a supporting position
3. Recognize "man up" or "man down" situations
