Instructions:
C passes to GK who controls ball and moves through gate 1 or 2 and passes back to C
Service: Ground / mid / high / bounce
Progression:
Make a box in front of goal and GK is to receive pass- back and then pass ball out to A or B (this may not be possible due to available space)
Coaching Points:
GK to be using both feet and returning a quality ball

Instructions:
C takes shot, GK2 can either save or leave for GK1 to save
Service: ground & mid

Sides for angled shot
Coaching points:
GK1 ensures he is watching the ball and not the GK in front of him

Instructions:
C1 to feed ball to C2 who volleys (side foot) to GK and forcing a save
Service: Ground and mid (x10)
Progression:
GK starts in a backward position or standing beside C1, to move to correct position to received ball
Coaching Points:
GK is moving at speed to get in front of ball
GK is using his whole body to deflect balls
