1 player in the middle of the 10 x 10 box. the player in the middle will recieve the ball from each player on the outside and play it back. ensuring to open their body up to receieve the ball, receiving the ball on their back foot. always being ready, bouncing.

players should all take it in turn to have a go in the middle.

Progression:

players play the ball back with their weaker foot

middle player runs out to cone and back in as if cone is a defender.

Organisation

player with the ball passes it to the other player, player 1 then closes down the player who now has the ball and tries to push them toward the lines, the player with the ball want to get the ball though the goals.

progression - 1st player can take the ball and go and score themselves
