players on the outside will play the ball into the central player and follow the pass, the central player will then drive the ball out of the box. the person who has driven out will go to the empty cone and be that passer. the person in the middle will then receive the ball from the next person over.

1 player in the middle of the 10 x 10 box. the player in the middle will recieve the ball from each player on the outside and play it back. ensuring to open their body up to receieve the ball, receiving the ball on their back foot. always being ready, bouncing.
players should all take it in turn to have a go in the middle.
Progression:
players play the ball back with their weaker foot
middle player runs out to cone and back in as if cone is a defender.
