Dualities:
- Players are challenged to combine in as many different ways as they can think of for the first two minutes and look to see how many goals they can score. When players go they only have a maximum of 6 seconds to get a shot off however fromt he first pass being played to ensure intensity and combinations are done at high rhythm and pace.
After two minutes I will go through some combinations we can go through and we will look to implement them.
Play starts in the middle. The ball is played out wide for the combination and then we play to a finish. The wide player in the combination then runs over to the far side of the court. Here he moves into a coloured grid. The player will pass him the ball and give him a colour. He must look to receive dribble the ball round that colour and then pass the ball back. He does this 3 times and then replaces the server. The server will join the back of the middle queue. Play then continues.

2 v 2 Repeat:
9 balls. 3 servers. 1 Goalkeeper. 2 v 2 in the middle. The attackers duty is to try and score as many goals as they can with the 9 balls. Everytime the play ends they can receive the ball from any server. If the defenders win the ball back they have to try and score in the unguarded net. This is why it is important if they do lose it to apply a full press. Defenders will remain defenders if they lose the game. If they draw or win they can switch with the attacker or servers.

Warm up Rondos:
- 3 v 1 in both squares. Defenders must try and win the ball back. If they manage to then they go and cross into the other square and help there other defender.
When there is only one defender in the square the attackers must keep the ball and constantly move to the spare space (line). When a second defender joins in then the attackers must keep possession but no longer are conditioned to move to certain areas. It is free play within the whole square when a second defender joins in.
If the defenders manage to win both balls back within a minute then they can switch with two attacking players. If they fail they go in again.
