2v2 Warm-Up (20 mins)
2 v 2 Warm Up: 4 Players 1 ball:
In this warm-up exercise we will review our 2 v 2 Defending Principles. Play will start when the Defender plays the ball to the Attacker's feet. The 1st Defender will "get their quick and arrive under control," forcing play a certain direction, keeping the correct distance from the Attacker. The 2nd Defender will recover in a proper cover position. On the signal, offense will begin to move the ball forward while the 1st Defender will then "jockey" the Att. until they hear a whistle. When they hear the whistle, the Att will leave the ball and assume a good 1st Defender position.
