In a small area, players warm up dribbling, turning, change of direction, change of speed. Everything with a ball. Add dynamic stretches and short and long passing.

Fitness (25 mins)

Groups of 3.

Center player dribbles as fast as they can between markers, plays a 1-2 with end player, then turns and dribbles to opposite player and plays another 1-2.

Swap every 15, 30, 45, 60, 90 and 120 seconds.
