INTENSITY: Moderate to hard

DESCRIPTION:
- Reds play East to West unopposed while Yellows play North to South unopposed. Rotate target players.
- PROGRESSION: Introducing pressure now. Playing with one ball only, Reds play East to West while Yellows defend. If Yellows recover the ball the play North to South with Reds defending. Rotate target players.
*Must take a minimum of 2 touches (cannot play 1 touch).

- If the yellows recover the ball, counter to goal.

DIMENSIONS:
The course is made up of six pairs of parallel cones, approximately 5-6 yards apart.
DESCRIPTION:
- Two players start at the same time from the first pair of cones, jog along the inside of the cones and do the various exercises on the way. After the last cone, they run back along the outside. On the way back, speed can be increased progressively as players warm up.
