• Attacker starts with ball passes to defender, who passes it back then 1 v 1
• Play until attacker scores, ball goes out of play or defender carries ball outside of the 5yd dotted line
• Alternate sides
• Once attack is over, attacker becomes the defender and defender re joins queue
