Warm up.

Warm up:

(1) Players without the ball move side to side with the player next to them, recieving a throw from a player opposite each time. Using their feet and technique of a half volley, the player plays the ball back to the player opposite while the player next to them performs the same technique. Each time they play a half volley back to the player opposite, using side steps, the player moves to the next cone. Players only work within a group of 4.

(2) Player dribbles up to the pole. Once he get close to the pole, the player performs a skill (step over, dummy, flick) away from the pole. Once away from the pole the player then plays the pass to the next player.

(3) Players split into two groups behind each line of red cones. Players go through the red cones using different running techniques (Foward, side steps, over the gate etc) Once the players get through the red cones, they then jog to the first orange cone, side step across to the next, then jog diagonally to the next orange cone, then finally jog up to the next orange cone then jog across to the start of the red cones. (Always begin at a different a different set of red cones to start with).
