Warm Up (15 mins)
Set up:
Using half the field, players are working in two's, attackers start with a ball, defenders starting infront of them without a ball.
Instructions:
Attackers dribble the ball side to side going forwards, while the defender is jockeying side to side.
Coaching Points:
-Body position, side ways bending at the hips and the knees (jockey)
-Light on toes not flat footed
-Distance of approach-> touching distance
-Eye on ball
-Poke with front foot
