Session Objective:to improve forward passing

Organisation:20x20 withtwo end zones of 5x20 4v4 in middle with a player from each team in end zone .Players look to recieve the ball and with a positive first touch look to pass forward and pass too there target player.Target player on recieving the ball looks too pass out and team will attack the other end zone
