Organization:
6 cones, 3 lines, 3 players per area.
Instructions:
Players dribble to either cone on the middle line and perform the twist turn.
Coaching Points:
1. Using correct feet to turn back to cone
2. Angle of movement 12 o'clock to 10 o'clock (or 2 o'clock)
Progressions:
Addition of semi-opposed defender

Organization:
Players split in half, 2 cones where teams start and 2 goals on the endline. One line has a ball.
Instructions:
- Teams take it in turns to try and score (can go to either goal)
- As soon as ball goes out, next pair goes.
- After you attack you defend, after you defend you get the ball and go back to your team.
Coaching Points:
1. Recognition of defender (speed of approach)
2. Choice of moves based on defender's position
3. Quick transition
