Set up: As shown, play 4v2 in a small, but playable space
Instructions: Play 4v2, in pairs with 2 in the middle. Again working on fast transitions. Possesing teams, look to hold the ball and constantly move.
Coaching points:
*No clock-like pressing
*Be disiplined with your pressing (cover/balance)
*Speed of play and work-rate

Set up: As shown, play 4v4+4 in two squares
Instructions: White plays a possesion game with the nuetrals. If black wins the ball, they should look to play long to the orange in the opposite square, play resumes. Orange plays wide, according to who has possesion
Coaching points:
*Move according to the possibilty of a pass being made
*First pass is depth, second is width

Set up: Play 6v4, with the 2 outlet players
Instructions: White starts with the ball, and they look to score. Red look to win the ball and play out of the back to the outlet players
Coaching points:
*Quick recognition of the outlet pass or do we hold the ball?
*Learn to take advantage of the moment we enter in possesion of the ball
*Move according to the possibilty of a pass being made
