Organization: - (40x40) area
- 4v4 or similar in area with each team having 2 target players going N-S, E-W
Instructions: - possession play first
- first to 21 passes wins game
Coaching Points: - movement off the ball to open up passing windows to penetrate
- looking to penetrate first (highest player)
- forcing play (possess or penetrate?)
- create gaps to penetrate by moving ball quickly
When to penetrate?
Progressions: - player passing ball to target switches with that target player
Regressions: - add neutral(s)

Organization: - (60x40) area
- 6v6s or similar
- Two endzones with big goals + Gk
Instructions: - goal from central area = 1 point
- goal from endzone = 3 points
- defense allowed in endzone only after ball enters
- first team to 5 wins or 5min
- balls restart with coach if out of play in the endzones, take throw-ins if out of play in central area
