Method:
4 Stations - 8 metres and 15 metres opposite each other
4 Keepers (GK1 to GK4) at each station
GK1 volleys ball at GK3.
GK3 catches and rolls back to GK1
GK1 passes without touch to GK4
GK4 controls and shoots directly at GK2. (Vary between high and low direct shots)
GK2 catches and throws overhead back to GK4
Players move clockwise and repeat x 3 for eacxh keeper.
Coaching Points:
Warm up exercise incorporating all distribution disciplines such a initial ball control, throwing, kicking and passing

Method:
Coach 1 located 8 metres to the right of the goal with two balls.
GK located right central of goal
Player 2 located at 10m centrally.
1 cone located centrally on 5m line slightly right of centre of goal.
a. GK touches cone on 5m line. Moves to right for volley catch from coach.
b. GK touches cone on 5m line. Retreats for low catch after shot from Player 2. Pushes ball away.
c. GK touches cone on 5m line. Retreats towards near post. Coach 1 lobs ball along the goal line for GK to touch over.
Reps x 1 and change keepers.
Set up and repeat on other side.

Method:
1 GK and 2 shooters. 1 large cone centrally on the 5m line with a standard cone 1 m to its right.
a. Player 1 has ball. GK comes to large cone and performs a 180 degree around the front of the cone. Player 1 bounces ball gently to the keeper who pushes back.GK reacts for immediate shot from Player 2 to their bottom corner. Player 2 brings a spare ball to the red cone.
b. Keeper brings ball to the smaller cone and leaves there. On retreat, saves a lob from Player 2 by pushing over the bar.
c. Player 1 has another ball. GK comes to large cone and performs a 360 degree around the front of the cone. Player 1 again bounces ball gently to the keeper who pushes back.GK reacts for another from Player 2 to their bottom corner. Player 2 moves with spare ball to the red cone
d. Keeper brings saved ball to the smaller cone and leaves there. On retreat, saves a lob from Player 2 by pushing over the bar.
Reps x 1 and change keepers
After 1 full round, set up to repeat on other side of the goal.
Coaching Points:
High skills level required and should be used on advanced keepers.
Speed and agility test. Must be completed at a fast pace.

Method:
Coach A throwsball to keeper from the right for punch by keeper
Keeper recovers quickly to faces immediate shot from Player B

Good quality punch sending ball up and way.

1. STEP OVER BOTH FRONT CONES FACING SIDEWAY 4times – TURN SET - REPEAT ON OPPOSITESIDE
2. START MIDDLE BACK. FAST FEET SIDEWAYS FACING OUT DOWNTHE RIGHT SIDE – TURN- CETRE-SET. BACKWARDS THROUGH MIDDLE AND REPEAT ON LEFT SIDES
3. BACK OF LINE IN CENTRE. FORWARD TO SCOPE UP SERVERBALL AT FRONT. RETURN BALL. THROW TORIGHT. GATHER. RTTUURN TO SERVER. THROW TO LEFT . GATHER

Good set position. Feet shoulder width, weight on front of feet and slightly forward, knees slightly bent, elbows in , hands in front.
· Scoop up ball. Short block behind to cover mishandling.
· Diving right and left . land on soft parts. No elbows .
