6 v 3 TRANSITION TO ATTACK AND PRESS
3 Sets of 3 minutes with 1 minute recovery in between
Accumulatative score kept throughout
TeamA send 3 players in to press team B
To score Team B must make a minimum of 3 passes before playing into the Number 10 who switches to team A for the point
TRANSITION
After every switch or loss of possession the 3 pressing players must drop back into their box to keep the ball while 3 players from the attack must now step up and press

COUNTER ATTACK 3 GOAL GAME
2x5 minute games with 2 minute rest in between
When a team scores into one of the 2 small goals they get to attack the big goal
Teams should defend the big goal and try to counter into the small goals
ONLY GOALS INTO THE "BIG" GOAL ARE COUNTED

WARM UP PASSING FIRST TOUCH (20 mins)
TECHNICAL PASSING ,RECEIVING AND MOVING
3 sets of 2 minutes on(1 min each Direction) and 1 minute rest in between
A= Diamond passing.Receiving on the back foot
Follow your pass
B= Break the line using a wide player
Player 1 passes the ball into player 2 who knocks the ball back to player 1 and makes a forward run past the mannequin to pass the ball into player 3 and so on
players follow the pass
C= Break the line into striker with wide support
Player 1 passes the ball into player 2 who knocks it back to player 3 who makes a 1-2 with player 2 and the player 3 passes out to player 4 and so on
