Can you receive the ball with your outside foot
as the pass is coming to you position yourself to receive with your back foot

if the defenders are split play an immmediate pass through the space
Can you position yourself to be able to receive the ball on the half turn
to play forward immediatly
Can you drop in to play a bounce pass back drawing defender

Team Task
To play the ball in a structured mannor from the back to advance the ball into the middle third
Player Task
#6 can you receive the ball on the half turn
(to allow you to play forward)
As the ball is played position your body to receive the ball whilst turning
#3 & #4 can you drive the ball
(to commit a defender)
if the defender is holding off dribble the ball forward
#8 & #10 can you position yourself between the lines to receive a pass
(to receive the ball behind with time)
as a team mate receives a pass move inbetween the lines in a passing lane
#2 #5 Can you cycle the ball with the CBs untill there is a passing option
(To move opponent side to side)
When there is no good passing option forward play the ball back toy the CB or GK
#1 Can you be in a position to recieve a pass from the #2 #3 #4 #5 if needed
(To give us a numerical advantage)
As our player recieves the ball move into a supporting passing option
