Warm Up- Pass/Move (15 mins)
Players work in triangles.
A passes to B, B to C.
Player C then takes a touch to get ball out of feet, looks up and attempts to use instep to curl ball back to Player A.
All players follow their pass.
On the other side, D passes to E, E to F and then F takes a touch to knock ball to side before driving ball back to start.
As shown by grey lines players can dribble first few m's to reduce distance of pass.
Ensure all players play 2+ touch and control ball correctly between each phase.
