Passing - play a pass then move to a diff side.

When i shout go they must spring to the other box.

--> After you pass you spring around the closest cone.

-->After you pass you spring around the farthest cone.

---> Rondo with 2 in the middle.

Warm up Pressing

20x20 box --> In progression will build to a 30x30 or 40x40

3 groups of 5.

Red - posses.

Blue - press.

Balk - rest

Blues go through the agility to enter the field. As soon as one has finished the ladders, the next one goes.

If the blues win the ball they switch. If reds keep the ball for 30 seconds they do it again.

Role of the first presser - Show to one side and make predictable not win the ball.

How agressive do we press? Once numbers are there go all out.

1. Compact.

--> From session 1 - Now when the blues win the ball they can go to goal. If they lose it after winning it the game is over.

A red player or coach start by playing a long pass to the GK. This is a cue for the reds to press. GK plays to one of the defenders and then we are live.

Blue team trying to score in three goals.

Red team trying to win the ball back and counter. (2 CFs, 3 CMs, 1 CB)

1. Are we organized? Compact. Especially front 2

2. Whee do we show? Force one way.

3. Can we win it? Force mistake. Patience.

---> Add in extra reds to be WBs while also adding Wide blue forwards.

---> Give a new ball to the reds to attack of the ball goes out of play on the blues.

---> Progress to playing against a 4-4-2 and then a 3-5-2

ORGANIZATION IS EVERYTHING AS DO NOT HAVE TO WIN THE BALL. LET THEM GIVE IT TO US.

Ball goes into a blue who shoots and then reds look to build out to get it into the middle.

3 team transition game

4v4v4 plus targets (Numbers dont matter just even)

4 players attacking the goal team up with target to create a 5v4. If they score they get a new ball from GK and attack other end. If defending team prevent a goal being scored they attack the other end.

Pass must go directly to green player as soon as next attack begins.

3 sets of 4 minute games.

---> If gk saves, def team must build out vs pressure.

---> 3 touch max

---> Ball canb not be passes backwards.
