Organizational / Instructions: - 2 players each side
- 2 defenders
- The attackers on each side must aim to break the lines of the defenders in order to score a point
- defenders earn point if they win ball
- defenders cannot go behind cones to win ball
- attackers on each side should play ball between them to create the angle
Coaching Points: -create the angle through ball movement
- simply aim to pass through defenders
- accurate passes
- controlled first touch
- firm passes
Progressions / Adaptations: - make space smaller to challenge players
Equipment: - 15 yard width 30 yard length gym hall
- size 4 ball
- 12 red bibs , 12 blue bibs
- 12 cones

Organizational / Instructions: - 3v3
- cones act as two gates players must play ball through gate to teammate ( breaking the line) to be able to score (extra point if this is done)
Coaching Points: - encourage forward movement
- aggressive runs
- firm passes
- locked ankle
- receive on back foot
Progressions / Adaptations: - add in floater, reduce pitch size by 5 yards.

- 12 cones
- 2 mini goals
- 4 size 4 footballs
