Instructions:

  • 6 plays ball to the 7 or 11 - ball starts from the 6 all the time. even if the ball goes out of bounce on the sides. no corners. Blue wins the ball, they go to score. 

Coaching Points/Questions:

  • How quickly can we get in the box to out number them? A: Quick sprints into the box, as soon as the ball is passed to the outside. 7, 11 where in the box can we play the ball? A: Around the penalty mark. 

Regressions/Progressions:

  • take away two defenders, or add touch restrictions. P: add a defender on the wings for the 7 or 11 to do 1 v 1 moves in the space.
