Organization:
Groups of 3 on 15x15 grids
1 ball per player
Instructions:
Players keep possession of the ball. On the 5th pass, the player who executed 5th pass, pressures the now 1st attacker. (Do not win the ball, yet)
Players re start passing game.
Coaching Points:
1) Covering distance - Big steps, small steps, down
2) Body shape - low and side on (knees bent and stay on toes)
3) Angle of approach
Progressions:
Start with passive defending to coach shape and approach. Progress it with full pressure.
1) 1st attacker must exit the side of the square behind the 1st defender. (1 point). If defender wins the ball, (1 point) if they exit the box through any side, (extra point)

Organization:
3 channels of about 7x20 each
Narrow field (compact)
Defenders in blue start from midfield.
Instructions:
-Functional activity based on moment of the game. (lossing possession at attacking 3rd)
- Blue defenders long pass to Red attckers. 3v3
- Red attackers must dribble to endzone (1 point).
- Blue defenders win possession (1 point) and and extra point by dribbling to their endzone.
- Both teams are limited to their channels.
Coaching Points:
1) Closest defender pressures fast to deny time and space, Second defender covers
2) Compactness
3) Communication between defenders
4) Watch visual cues of attackers to make sure ball cannot get in behind.
Progressions:
1) Add a GK and two goals for attacking team. (No more endzones). Attackers are still limited to endzone regardles if they lose posession. Defenders can move anyquere. (1 point by wining possession, 1 point by scoring on the big goal)
Coaching Points:
1) Dictate by pressing on an angle and split the field (Make it passing predictible to teammates)
2) Deny passing options to 1st attacker by bending your run.
3) 2nd defender covers in case 1st defender gets beat. Time and distance. (Switch positions)
4) 3rd defender stays deep and compact. Bbody shape allows to see ball and 3rd attacker attacker
- Attackers can attack any goal (their starting channel or a different channel) and can move between channels; however, they must always have a 1v1 in each channel, cannot have a 2v1

Instructions:
Progression of previous exercise. Eliminate channels all together. Balls start from GK
New game after goals or natural stoppages.
Rotate attacking and defending players.
Coaching Points::

Instructions:
Players tap partner´s knee (1 point)
30 second rounds with 15-20 second intervals
Make it world cup competition. Defenders with more points move up fields to a Final round champtionship.

2) Reading cues of attacking player
3) Flexibility mobility agility.
