Coaching points
- Scan for space
- All surfaces of both feet
- Type of touch (small or big)

- Shoulder and body movement to trick defenders
Organisation
- Players with a ball each dribbling inside the area performing different skills and turns at match speed
- Perform each skill/turn for 1-2 minutes

Coaching points
- Body shape to receive from all angles
- Communication TURN or ONE
- Be brave and take on the defender in a 1v1
- Draw defender in with a dribble to free up a team mate
- Pass to the back foot
Organisation
- 3v1
- To get a point make 10 passes or dribble to the opposite side of the square
- If player decides to dribble then team mate must make movement to a different side of the square to create space for the player to move into/passing angle
- Player can also use a dribble to draw the defender in and then pass it off

Coaching points
Attacking
- Quickly take the space to get closer to the goal
- Beat the defender with a skill
- Quick changes of direction
- Draw the defender away from the goal to then quickly drive into the space they've left
Defending
- Close down the players space quick
- Block them from going foreward
- Body shape when defending- Side on showing the attacker away from goal
- Quick recovery run across if attacker has made quick progress to the goal
Organisation
- Two teams in a line with a ball each
- The game starts with one team having someone start as a defender (blue) and the other starts as the attacker (red)
- Red team always attack the furthest goal to them and so do blues
- The attacking player has to get into the shaded area before they can score to get 1 point, if the defender wins the ball then they get a point by dribbling into the square.
- Once the attack is over the attacker must quickly transition into the defender and the other team then attack from their line
Progression
You can attack the goal infront of you which is worth 1 point or the furthest goal which is 2 points

- Create 1v1 by switching play quick
- When you win the ball, quickly make the pitch big to create space
- Pass backwards to draw defenders away from their goal
Organisation
- 5v5/4v4
- To enter the final third and score you must dribble into it

- Each player had a bib tucked in their shorts
- The aim of the game is to pull the bib out the other players shorts
- If your bib is taken then you are out
- If you leave the area then you are out
