Organization:
Area 20x30 area divided in two.
2 team of 5 players.
3 cones with a ball on top as shown.
Instructions:
At coaching signal players must run touch the ball with theur hand with out drop in it, run around the blue cone and up to the next red cone.
First player to finish score a point.
Coaching Points:
Quickly close on the ball.
Slow down on the approach.
Bend your knees, lower body.
Run backward around the cone.
Progressions:
Add 2 blue cone and have players schuffle in between attacking 2 balls.

A lot of ball.
Instructions:
Defender pass the ball to attacker and must hold him behind the middle line for 5 second and get 1 point, still the ball and dribble to the other side get 2 extra point.
Coaching Points:
Deny penetration
Speed of approach
Angle of approach force player on to weak side
Faint to tackle to force a mistake
Progressions:
Defender must stop the pass to second attacker behind him.

Instructions:
Player can dribble and score only in their colums or pass to the next one.
Coaching Points:
Do not let the defender get behind you.
