-GKs will work to their left and right side; working 6-8 repetitions with rest inbetween (3-4 reps on each side)

-Progression- For this progression; the working GK will start with the ball. The GK will then pass the ball in to their partner - their partner will then take a 'bad' touch to either side; GK will then advance and aim to collect the ball with the server advancing to provide passive pressure.
