Ladder & Hurdles
Running through ladders:-
single leg in, hop over hurdles with left leg then alternate to right.
Both feet, hop over into squat then round cone.
Alternate toe taps, then run through hurdels.
100% Alternate both feet in ladders then zig zag through hurdels.
Shuttles
Run out to cone, lung
Run out to cone, squat
Progression
run out to coloured cone, depending on the colour given, lung or squat, 100% run out.
Teaching Points
Straight back, flat foot, 90 degree angel in the knee when, lung or squat
When running through ladders and hopping hurdels, on the tip toes.
