Setup a 20x20m grid (x 2 depending numbers) with players on each corner and 1 player in the middle by the mannequin.
Play starts with B checking off the mannequin and demanding the ball from D. D plays a solid pass into B who creates space and opens up the body to receive the ball on the back foot, takes a touch and passes into E. E has a good first touch out in front and dribbles the ball back to the start. All players follow their pass (D to B, B to E, E to D back of line). As soon as E starts dribbling back to the start A should have played the ball into B from the other side and the sequence continues.
* Can you check off the mannequin to create space
* Can you open up your body to receive the ball and play forward
* Can you use the correct weight of pass
* Can you do it at speed and with intensity
Progressions:
* B now plays a give and go with the dribbling player (C or E) before they set off back to the start.
* Instead of dribbling, pass the ball in.
* A plays into B who bumps it back to A. A plays in behind for B to play the give and go with C. C than passes back to the start.

3 v 3 + bouncer in the middle of a 20 x 20m grid. 4 bouncers around the outside. Adjust setup to suit numbers.
Start off playing a possession game where the inside players can hit any outside bouncer. Bouncers are to take no more than 2 two touches and must keep the ball moving. To score a goal the team in posession must play all four bouncers on the outside. Rotate bouncers.
Variations:
Can only play your own bouncer - 6 passes equals a goal
Cannot play back to the same bouncer you received the ball from
Bouncers now enter the game when receiving the pass
All players play 2 touch
Bring in the wide bouncers and make the game directional
Coaching Points:
Can you scan the field and decide your next action before receiving the ball
Can you take the ball in the driection of your next action (run/pass)
Can you use both feet to control the ball
Can you open up your body to see the whole picture
