Technique
1. P1 plays a pass to P2, P2 then lays the ball off for P1 to take a shot. Once the player has shot, he then picks the ball up and returns to the start of the drill.
Rotate the man in the middle.
2. Progression: P1 plays a 1-2 with P2, after P2 returns the ball he spins around the pole and P1 plays a ball through the poles for P2 to run onto and shoot.
P1 then becomes P2.

Skill
1. Start practice again from initial Technique drill but this time a GK is introduced using similar progressions.
2. Continue withe the Drill, but this time a Defender is introduced, P1 must now attempt to score whilst under pressure from the defender. This is not a dribbling drill so P1 is encouraged to continue to shot at first opportunity or move the ball enough to make space for a shot.
