4v 4 wingers support game using 12 players but can be adapted if players are larger. the outside players act as neutral players and they support the team in possesion of the ball who are in this case the blues as the blue goalkeeper has the ball. outside players must move up and down the line to support play in the middle but they must never step over the line and onto the pitch. in the same manner the inside players must not step over the lines as this zone is only for the yellow team.
make sure to alternate blues,reds and yellows so each team has a turn in acting as the nuetral players who suppor the play.
as an adaptation to this drill players can move along the base line when supporting play. the red lines mark the zones were neutral players can run . this should only be done as a brand new drill.
